calligraphy logo design for the band ELVELLON

though this design has been dismissed by the band, we wanted to put it online to give some insights, on how we work.
this is a calligraphy rough sketch we lay down for designing logos. this is directly from the drawing board, which the client gets and is able to decide, if he likes it or not. we traditionally work with paper and pen and add calligraphic details afterwards.

SPRING OFFENSIVE – session

for the second time in a row we fell short of filming another session with spring offensive due to sore, exhausted voices. so we did the next best thing. we got hold of their latest vinyl and recorded this instead.
prepare for an action filled performance of our agency’s own, ancient record player.

ACOUSTIC SESSION – UNDERCURE

oh dear, this one took ages. it has been a while, since we released our last acoustic session, but up until today we were burried deep in a load of work. so finally we found some time to finish this one, which was recorded in June. oh dear. June? where has all the time gone?
if you are into THE CURE you will be polarized by UNDERCURE.
to cover the original is always a kind of a gamble, but to do so in german, may be a sacrilege to some. however these boys do not pretend to be the original, neither they try to just copy-n-paste all time favourites: they are, what they are. nothing more, nothing less. and they are aware of this fact with every note played.
